This paper discusses the design of integrated instruction affairs management system based on a multi-layer network structure by combining B/S and C/S technology. It makes an analysis and explanation of the levels and functions of the system which solves the problem of data-sharing and relationship between the modules by means of middleware technology. Finally, the paper gives the calculation method for automatic course scheduling system.
