Preparation of Common Starting Materials for the Synthesis of Crown Ethers Using Solventless Reaction

摘要 以NaOH为碱 ,多甘醇 ,二乙醇胺及多乙烯胺直接与对甲苯磺酰氯在研磨下发生反应 ,制备了三类冠醚合成中的常用原料 ,收率 5 6%~ 92 %。 Using NaOH as a base, the solventless reactions of oligoethyleneglycol or diethanolamine or oligoethyleneamine with tosyl chloride afforded three kinds of common starting materials in 56%~92% yields which are used in the synthesis of crown ether.
