美国对外经济制裁决策过程的经济学分析被引量：5

摘要第二次世界大战结束后 ,经济制裁一直是美国实现外交政策目标的重要手段之一。2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,美国对外经济制裁在成本增加的同时 ,其功效却在不断降低。本文认为 ,从美国对外经济制裁决策过程的角度分析 ,利益集团对经济制裁决策过程的影响是近年来美国对外经济制裁功效不断降低的一个重要原因。
