摘要
用中华按蚊人工感染亚周期型马来丝虫,观察其摄入的微丝蚴数、胸肌中的幼虫数和感染期幼虫数。以每蚊体内感染期幼虫数与摄入微丝蚴数之比作为传播能力。结果表明,在温度为28±1C,相对湿度75%的条件下,亚周期型马来丝虫在中华按蚊体内约需10~12d发育成熟,传播能力为10%。
The same batch of Anopheles sinensis was allowed to feed on anaesthetized domestic cats infected with subperiodic Brugia malayi. The numbers of ingested microfilariae(mf)、larva in thorax and infective larva were counted respectively. The transmitting capacity is the ratio of average number of infective larva per mosquito to the average number of ingested mf per mosquito. The results showed that at temperature 28±1℃ and relative humidity 75%, the microfilaria of subperiodic Brugia malayi took about 10 to 12 days to develop into infective larva in Anopheles sinensis. The transmitting capacity is 10%.
