摘要
恶性疟原虫FCC7801/HN株的不同克隆与抗FCC7801/HN红内期单克隆抗体进行间接荧光抗体试验,表现出显著的反应性差异;疟原虫克隆间对氯喹的敏感性亦有明显不同。这提示了同一恶性疟原虫分离株内的不同克隆生物学特性的不均一性。
The diversity of the immunofluorescence reactions of the clones of Plasmodiun falciparum FCC7801/HN with the monoclonal antibodies against erythrocytic stage of FCC7801/HN, and the variability in chloroquine susceptibility among these clones indicate the heterogeneity of biological traits in the different clones from the same malaria parasite isolate.
