国外药物基因组学的开发动态

Trend in research of pharmacogenomics in foreign countries

药物基因组学是药物研究的新方法之一,并逐步成为发现新的药物治疗靶点,鉴定先导化合物,研究其药理作用、代谢规律及不良反应的有效方法之一。以基因多态性为基础建立的药物基因组学是一门研究影响药物吸收、转运、代谢、清除、作用等个体差异的基因特性即决定药物行为和敏感性的全部基因的新学科。现简述药物基因组学的研究概况和国外的开发动态。

Pharmacogenomics has been one of the new methods for developing entirely new drugs. It is gradually becoming one of the effective methods for discovery of new targets for drugs,i-dentification of guide compound, research of the pharmacology, metabolism and toxicity of drugs. Based on gene-polymorphism, pharmacogenomics is an entirely new science in study specific gene affecting the absorption, conversion, metabolism, elimination, and action of drugs as well as determining behavior and sensitivity of drugs. The trend in research of pharmacogenomics in foreign countries was introduced in this paper.
