吡喹酮、阿苯达唑对异盘并殖吸虫作用的透射电镜观察

摘要 给感染异盘并殖吸虫的大鼠分别口服吡喹酮、阿苯达唑100mg/kg·d×2,24h 后作透射电镜观察。吡喹酮组虫体平滑肌外膜破坏,部分肌纤维断裂,合体细胞与实质细胞核溶解坏死,肠平滑肌水肿,肠上皮解体坏死较突出。阿苯达唑组以平滑肌水肿更为显著,致肌纤维分离,合体细胞与实质细胞内质网扩张,线粒体肿胀,肠上皮肿胀出现气球样大泡。结果提示两药对异盘并殖吸虫虫体均有损害作用,尤以吡喹酮作用更强。 Transmission electron microscopical observations on the effects of Praziquantel(PQT)& Al-bendazole(ABZ)on Paragonimus heterotremus in rats were carried out.24 hours after gastrogavage with PQT or ABZ at the dose of 100mg/kg.d×2 to rats infected with Paragonimus heterotremus,the tegumental cyto-plasmic projections of the parasites of two groups swelled and scaled off,the mitochondria swelled and the se-cretory bodies decreased in the matrix,the microvilli on gut epithelia surface scaled off and decreased inhumber,but the worms after PQT were more markedly showed the outer membrane of muscles destroyed,parts of myofibrills snapped,the nuclei of tegumental cells and parenchymal cells dissolved,the muscles ofintestine swelled,the cells of gut epithelia broke apart.And the muscles of the worms in ABZ group swelledvery markedly,resulting in myofibrils separated,the mitochondria swellde and endoplasmic reticula in thetegumental cells and parenchymal cells distended,the cells of gut epithelia swelled,formed balloon-likevacuoles.It showed that the two drugs could damage Paragonimus heterotremus,PQT is more effective thanABZ.
