摘要
介绍了利用波音公司的AQS技术 ,对数控测量系统获得的大量数据进行统计分析。利用这种方法可以在数控加工中进行质量跟踪和控制 ,避免传统的在加工后进行检验的被动局面 ,充分发挥数控测量系统在质量控制中的作用。
The paper describes that quantity of data from the NC measure system be processed and analysed using AQS technology of Boeing company.Using this method the quality of product may be tracked and controlled during NC processing,avoiding the passive situation of inspecting after process,and making the best of NC measure system in the quality control.
