为研究 BCL2表达在铅引起学习记忆障碍中的作用 ,给 Wister大鼠饮用不同剂量的醋酸铅 80天 ,用跳台法检测其学习记忆能力 ,用免疫组化法测定 BCL2表达水平。结果显示 ,慢性染铅可导致大鼠学习记忆障碍 ,BCL2作为重要的神经细胞凋亡调控因子参与了这一毒害过程。
