摘要
首先分析了电子政务系统的需求特性,由此提出了角色网络理论,简要给出相应模型的形式化描述,并在模型指导下建立电子政务系统平台的体系结构,对此结构进行了分析和说明,对角色网络理论和相应软件平台如何支持政务流程再造进行了扩展说明。实践证明,角色网络模型及其相关平台对于政务信息化和流程再造有一定的理论和现实意义。
By analyzing E-Government Affair system's requirement characteristics, a Role Network theory that can be applied to the field of E-Government Affair is proposed and the formalization description for the corresponding model is given. And then, the E-Government Affair software Architecture based on the Role Network Model is proposed, analyzed and illustrated. Finally, the governmental affairs process reconfigure is researched concentratedly and extendedly. The model and software platform proposed by the paper has a certain theoretical and practical meaning for promoting the E-Government and E-Government Process Reconfigure.
