企业环保设施市场化运营瓶颈的经济博弈分析

ANALYSIS OF ECONOMICS GAME ON BOTTLE-NECK OF THE MARKET OPERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT INFRASTRUCTURE

从经济学角度构建了企业环境污染的理论模型 ,并运用制度经济学与博弈论原理揭示我国企业环境污染行为与企业环保设施市场化运营瓶颈的内在原因 ,据此给出制度改革的有效建议。

A theoretical model on enterprises' pollution actions was constructed from the view of economics. In China, the essential cause of their pollution actions and “bottle-neck” on the market operation of their environmental treatment infrastructure was analyzed with the theory of institutional economics and Game. On the basis of these, some effective suggestions on systematical reform were raised.
