摘要 目的 分析精神分裂症患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMCs)IFN γ、IL 12、IL 18的表达水平 ,从细胞因子水平探讨精神分裂症患者的免疫功能状况。方法 用酶联免疫法 (ELISA)检测 34例精神分裂症患者和 2 0例正常人PBMCsIFN γ、IL 12、IL 18的表达水平。结果 精神分裂症患者PBMCs的IFN γ、IL 12、IL 18的表达水平比正常人显著增高。结论 PBMCs的IFN γ、IL 12、IL 18的表达增强 ,提示精神分裂症患者免疫功能混乱。 Objective: To study the expression level of IFN-γ、IL-12 and IL-18 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in schizophrenics and to investigate the immune function of schizophrenic patients upon cytokine levels. Methods: The expression level of IFN-γ、IL-12 and IL-18 in PBMCs was detected with ELISA in 34 schizophrenic patients and 20 controls. Results: The Expression of IFN-γ、IL-12 and IL-18 in PBMCs in patients with schizophrenia were greatly enhanced compared with that of normal controls. Conclusion: The enhanced expression of IFN-γ、IL-12 and IL-18 in PBMCs indicated that the immune function of patients with schizophrenia may be disordered.
