摘要 甲醇在燃烧及动力特性方面与汽油相同或相近,但排放特性明显优于汽油。甲醇合成技术成熟,(中)低压工艺先进。不论是冷管塔、管壳塔、混合塔,还是组合塔均向超大型化方向发展。中国甲醇装置的整体技术水平低、容量小、能耗高。借鉴别人经验,发展煤基燃料大甲醇对保障中国能源供应安全具有现实意义。 Methanol is similar with petrol in combustion and power properties. However, its emission is obviously lower than petroleum. The methanol synthesis technology has been very ripe and low-pressure process is more advance than traditional. Development direction of cool pipe tower, pipe shell tower, mix tower and combination tower is to enlarge their capacities on the world. Development the large capacity coal based synthesis methanol possesses very important realism significance in China for guarantee energy safety supply.
