摘要
文章综述了近年来对黄芪的研究进展 ,发现黄芪具有保护心肌、改善心功能、抗病毒、调节血压等多种作用 ,其有效成分包括黄酮类似物、黄芪皂甙、多糖等 ,认为它的药理作用机制大多是综合性的 ,这与其复杂的有效成分有关。
Astragalus has the efficacy of protecting myocardium, improving cardiac function, anti-virus and adjusting blood pressure based on the summarization of concerned research in recent years. The utility components includes flavone analog, astragaloside Ⅳ, polysaccharide, etc. The pharmacological mechanism was comprehensive, which closely related to its complex components.
