摘要
目的 :为天麻丸质量控制提供依据。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定了天麻丸中齐墩果酸的含量 ,以氯仿 -乙醚 (10 :3)为展开剂 ,10 %硫酸 -乙醇溶液为显色剂 ,扫描波长为 5 4 0nm。结果 :齐墩果酸在 0 .6 5～ 7.15 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 95 .2 % ,RSD =2 .95 %。结论 :本法操作简便、可靠 ,可作为天麻丸质量标准的补充。
Objective: To provide foundation for the quality control of Tianma Pills. Methods: Caryophyllin in Tianma Pills was determination by thin layer scanning, chloroform-diethyl ether (10:3) as outspread dose, 10% sulfuric acid-ethanol solutions as color reagent, 540nm as scan wave-length. Results: Caryophyllin has well linear relation(r=0.9998)in 0.65～7.15μg, with the recover rate of 95.2%, relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.95%. Conclusion: The technique was convenient and reliable, which was a complement for the quality standard to Tianma Pills.
