摘要
初步制得了纳米ZnO的较为合适的高分子分散剂PE;利用自制高分子分散剂PE及合适的乳化剂对表面改性的纳米ZnO进行分散,加适量水配成适用于织物后整理的工作液;用激光粒度分布仪对整理剂和工作液的粒径分布进行了表征.结果表明,无论是整理剂还是工作液,都有很好的稳定性.对整理剂,24h前后粒径在270nm以下的粒子百分数分别为73.6%和61.0%;对工作液,24h前后粒径在270nm以下的粒子百分数分别为93.0%和77.2%.
Focused on the emulsification of nanometer ZnO with water-soluble macromolecule dis-
persant. Dispersed the surface modified superfine ZnO in water-soluble macromolecule dispersant
and obtained the finishing solvent. Added suitable water in the finishing agent to get working so-
lution. Characterized the distribution of ZnO particles by instrument. The results show that the
dispersibility of two kinds of solutions is fine. Before disposed, the percentage of particles in fin-
ishing solvent and working solution, which diameter is below 270 nm, is 73. 6 % and 93. 0 %, re-
spectively. After 24 h, the percentage decreases to 61. 0 % and 77. 2 %.
