从系统设计目标与要求、系统架构和功能、系统实现方法3个方面介绍了淮南市防震减灾计算机信息管理系统,系统用VB及MapBasic编程语言对MapInfo进行了二次开发,文中给出了系统开发过程中的部分编程实例。

ion:The computer information management system for protecting against and mitigating earthquake in Huainan City is introduced from the design objective and requirement, the framework and function, as well as the application procedures. The MapInfo has been developed again by using the VB and Map Basic programming languages. Some of the practical cases of programming during the system development have also been given.
