汉源磷钾矿矿石性质及工艺特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 对汉源磷钾矿的化学组成及矿物组成进行了研究。结果表明 ,汉源磷钾矿主要矿物为氟磷灰石 (31% )和钾长石 (4 2 % ) ,P2 O5含量 13.5 6 % ,K2 O含量 7.0 5 % ,杂质含量较高。形貌分析显示 ,氟磷灰石为致密、深黑色颗粒 ,钾长石则为疏松砂状颗粒。 The mineralogical compositions of phosphate-potassium ore,Hanyuan,are analyzed by both chemical and X-ray diffraction methods. The results indicate that Hanyuan's phosphate-potassium ore is a low-grade ore,the contents of P_2O_5 and K_2O are 13.56% and 7.05% respectively. Also,the technological characteristics of the phosphate-potassium ore,including reactivity,resistance to block and foaming ability,are investigated. Compared with other phosphate ores,the reactivity of the phosphate-potassium ore,Hanyuan,is lower,its resistance to block is worse and the foaming ability is stronger.
