摘要
以开放性为特征的广播电视大学现代远程教育源于教育大众化的需求,根植于传统教育的土壤,所以,它既有适应学习型社会的一些特点,又不可避免的带有封闭教育的痕迹,本文从基层电大教育教学管理的角度对此进行分析,试图剖析与开放教育特征不相适应的几个方面存在的问题,并提出解决问题的思路,以期引起电大教育教学管理者的关注。
Student's status management is an organic constituent of school education management, which exists throughout the whole proless of teaching and plays a sighificant role in the administration and teaching. The author concludes that the students' status management should be constantly renewed, including view innovation and technique innovation, and should establish the service consciousness and quality consciousness, through the comparative analysis between conventional higher education and modern distance education.
