Put Three-Represents Theory into effect and sharpen the Party's governing ability

加强党的建设 ,要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,以提高党的执政能力为重点。在新的历史时期 ,提高党的执政能力是坚持党的先进性的体现 ,是国内外形势发展发展的要求 ;提高党的执政能力要求广大党员干部时刻牢记“两个务必” ,经受住市场经济的考验 ,永葆共产党员的革命本色。

To strengthen Party leadship should be based on the guidline of Three Represents Theory and focused on sharpening Party′s governing ability. In this new era maintaining Party′s advanced quality is to be reflected by enhancing Party′ s governing ability which meets the demands of development at home and abroad.All the Party members and cadres are supposed to keep 'Two Musts' in mind,stand up to all tests of market economy and maintain the distinctive characteristics of the Party members in the course of sharpening Party's governing ability.
