利用井下视像系统进行井筒检测,可获得直观、清晰的井下图像,提供给远程操作者以明确的井下状况和足够的信息。鹰眼Ⅱ井下视像系统以其高度便携性、先进的性能指标和超强的适应能力,广泛应用于各种复杂的井下条件中。介绍了鹰眼Ⅱ井下视像系统的结构、原理、特点及应用情况,实践表明,井下电视在套管检测和协助打捞作业方面,能够大大提高诊断精度,缩短施工时间,降低作业成本。
Examining wellbore with downhole BTV unit, clear audio-visual downhole images can be obtained, and thus clear-cut downhole situation and sufficient information can be provided to a remote operator. The highly portable Eagle- eye Ⅱ downhole BTV unit, with advanced property and super adaptability, has been widely used in all kinds of complex downhole conditions. The structure, principle and features of this unit and its application results are introduced. It has proved through practice that the diagnoses accuracy can be improved significantly, operation time cut down, cost reduced as well, with the help of downhole BTV unit in casing examination and fishing jobs.
