宁乡县农村居民收入水平对健康状况影响的研究

The Impact of the Level of Rural Residens Income on Health Status in Ningxiang County

目的:了解宁乡县农村居民收入水平对健康状况的影响,为制定农村卫生改革的相关政策提供决策依据。方法:对宁乡县农村居民的卫生服务状况进行横断面抽样调查,采用卡方检验和Logistic回归方法进行分析。结果:在农村居民不同收入水平的人群之间的两周患病率和自诉健康状况的差异均有统计学意义,而对慢性病患病率与收入水平进行卡方检验时,各组间差异也有统计学意义;但是,在Logistic回归分析中,作用却不明显。结论:宁乡县农村居民的收入水平对健康状况有着重要的影响,增加收入对改善居民的健康状况有着显著的作用;但随着居民收入的逐步增加,健康所产生的边际收益呈现递减趋势。

Purpose: to evaluation the impact of the level of rural resiens' income on their health status in Ningxiang county and provide the reference for the correlative decision - makings, this paper used the Chi - squar test andd logistic regression to analyse the data that was collected through household health survey and fond the conclusions as follow: the level of rural resi-dens, income was important impacting factors to their health status. It was obvious rele to increase income for improving health status, but with the increase of income, the margin benefit of health decreased. Furthermore, only through cross - sectional study was it very difficult to entriely analyse the relation between the level of income and health status.
