An Analysis and Countermeasures of the Causes of Inaccurate Statistical Figures

本文从一个基层统计员的角度 ,简要分析了在统计工作中统计制度、统计人员素质、统计方法等诸多因素对统计数据准确性的影响 ,同时 ,对解决统计数据准确性问题提出了一些建议 ,目的在于使统计工作以准确、可靠的数据 ,为领导决策提供依据 ,使统计工作更好地服务于社会、服务于科研生产。

From the point of view of a statisticican ,this paper briefly Analyses the factors that can affect the inaccuracy of statistical figures,which include statistic system,quality of statisticians,and the method of statistics, etc. The paper also puts forward some suggestions to solve this problem so that statistic work may provide accurate and reliable data for leaders to make proper decisions ,and therefore,statistic work can make better service for the society and research production.
