提高对外开放水平是加快我国少数民族地区发展的必由之路。本文从马克思主义的对外开放思想、民族地区实行对外开放的原因和条件以及提高民族地区对外开放水平的方式和应注意的问题三个方面对此作一阐述。

To raise the level of opening up to the outside world is an important road to speed up the development of areas of ethnic groups in China. This article will demonstrate it from three aspects on the thoughts of opening up to the outside world of Marxism, reasons and conditions for the opening up of areas of ethnic groups as well as how to raise the level of opening up to the outside world and what problems we should attach importance to in the process of opening up.
