摘要
从培养条件、生长分化、试管苗生根、炼苗、移栽等方面进行了对丽格海棠的组织培养研究,并对其组培快繁的意义进行了探讨。
Callus induced, growth and differentiation, tublelet rooted, practise and transplant were done in Rieger Begonia and the significant of the rapid propragation was discussed.
