摘要
以有机磷为磷源 ,采用盆栽试验研究了接种根瘤菌、AM真菌和双接种对蚕豆 (ViciafabaL .)吸收磷和氮的影响。双接种和单接AM真菌蚕豆株高、叶绿素含量、根瘤数和根瘤质量显著增加 ,生物量比对照增加 2 1 5 %和 2 0 7% ;双接种比单接AM真菌蚕豆菌根侵染率提高 12 0 % ;相对于对照 ,双接种使根际土壤酸性和碱性磷酸酶活性分别由 0 6 9和 0 39增加到 1 30和 0 5 4 μmol·g-1·h-1,磷和氮吸收速率提高 5 0 9%和 2 2 0 % ,吸收有机磷和氮分别增加 6 3 9%和 4 4 8% ,高于单接AM真菌。菌根真菌和固氮微生物双接种对改善作物生长有重要意义。
The interactions of Rhizobium leguminosarum and arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi in association with faba bean (Vicia faba L.) was studied with pot experiments. Organic P was used as phosphorus resource. It was found that plant height,chlorophyll content,number and weight of nodules significantly increased due to inocualtions. The plant biomass also increased by 21.5% and 20.7% respectively due to inoculating with AM fungus alone and with AM fungus and Rhizobium leguminosarum together. Mycorrhizal colonization was enhanced as much as 12% because of rhizobial inoculation. Comparing with the control, inoculating both the fungus and bacterium resulted in increases of acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities from 0.69, 0.39 to 1.30 and 0.54 μmol·g -1 ·h -1 in the faba bean rhizosphere. And the plant absorbed 50.9% and 22.0% more phosphorus and nitrogen respectively. The absorbed phosphorus and nitrogen from the supplied organic material increased by 63.9% and 44.8% respectively, also greater than that inoculated with the AM fungus. The results of this study showed some importance of the dual inoculation of AM fungus and diazotrophicus in improving plant growth.
