摘要
本文介绍国外主要牛肉生产国家的牛肉等级评定标准,并与我国的牛肉分级标准做了比较,对中国牛肉评定标准的完善提出思考。
Beef grading system of some countries abroad were introduced and compared,in this article. Those systems were compared with that of China,some proposals to Chinese beef system was also put forward.
