EB病毒在组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎发病中的作用

EBV IN THE PATHOGENISIS OF HISTOCYTIC NECROTIZING LYMPHADENITIS

①目的 探讨EB病毒在组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎病因及发病机制中所起的作用。②方法 应用免疫组化S P法 ,对 4 0例组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎和 1 0例反应性增生淋巴组织中EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白 (LMP 1 )的表达状况进行检测。③结果 LMP 1在组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎中的阳性表达主要位于坏死区周围的淋巴组织 ,阳性表达率为 4 0 % ;在反应性增生淋巴组织中均为阴性表达 ,二者比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =4 .1 88,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 EB病毒感染可能是组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎的病因之一。

Objective To study the function of EB virus in the pathogenesis of histocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis(HNL). Methods The expressions of latent membrane protein-1(LMP-1) in specimens of 40 cases of HNL and 10 cases of reactive hyperplastic lymphadenopathy(RHL) were detected by S-P immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expressions of LMP-1 mainly lied in the surrounding of necrotizing lesion. The expression rate was 40%. And the expression of LMP-1 was negative in RHL. The difference was significant (χ 2=4.188,P<0.05). Conclusion EB virus infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of histocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis.
