摘要
从热力学、气体动力学和柴油机基本原理出发,分析了大型中速船用增压发电柴油机在稳态工作过程下气缸内各阶段的热力过程,建立了相应的物理数学模型,在此基础上,进一步对柴油机调速过程的动态特性进行了建模与仿真.在VB6.0环境下,开发了相应的仿真程序,仿真计算平台运行界面友好,能够显示主要工作参数及有关参数曲线等,仿真结果与生产厂家台架试验测试结果吻合良好,证明了仿真程序的正确性和实用性.开发的系统可以应用于船舶发电柴油机提高性能分析、发展预测和轮机模拟器的教学培训,具有一定的实用价值.
Based on the thermodynamics, gas dynamics and diesel engine fundamentals, this thesis makes the analyses and researches on the working cycle of big modern marine medium-speed supercharged generating diesel engine, and correspondent mathematic models of the diesel engine are reasonably built and calculated in static operation condition. Furthermore, working cycle simulating models of this diesel engine in transient operation condition for load-transformation are built, and the simulating program is developed with Visual Basic 6.0. The interfaces of program are friendly, and capable of displaying primary operation parameter with graphic chart. The simulating results are identical with the data obtained from the builder platform test, which demonstrates the validity and practicability of the simulating program. The program developed in this thesis may be applied to the parameter-analysis, development-forecast of marine diesel generator, and can be used to the teaching and training for the trainees. Therefore, it is definitely valuable.
