羟基对四种海洋单细胞藻叶绿素含量的影响

摘要 研究了羟基对4种海洋单细胞藻(角刺藻、金藻、扁藻以及盐藻)叶绿素的影响.实验结果表明,随着羟基比值浓度的升高,4种单细胞藻的叶绿素含量不断减少,当羟基比值浓度达到0.6mg L时,4种单细胞藻的叶绿素均减少到低于检测方法的最低限.可见,在较低羟基比值浓度下,海洋中的单细胞藻就可被羟基药剂氧化分解,使得生物的光合作用无法继续进行,即使在适宜生长的环境中生物也难以继续生存.因此,采用羟基杀灭海洋有害浮游植物,从而达到治理赤潮的目的,是完全可行的方法. The effect of hydroxyl radicals acting on four kinds of ocean tiny algae's chlorophyll (Chaetoceros gracilis, Dicrateria sp., P.subcorodiformis and dunaliella) is studied. The experimental results show that four kinds of ocean tiny algae's chlorophyll contents continuously decrease with the ratio concentration of hydroxyl radical increasing. When the ratio concentration of hydroxyl radical is lower, four kinds of ocean tiny algae's chlorophyll contents all decrease below the lowest value of the test method. It is obvious that ocean tiny algae can be oxidized and decomposed by hydroxyl radicals under the condition of lower ratio concentration, which makes organisms not to continuously maintain photosynthesis and live in feasible environment. Therefore, the harmful ocean phytoplankton is killed by using hydroxyl radicals so as to treat red tide, which is a feasible method.
