Data monitoring and fault diagnosis expert system for refrigeration system

摘要 在研究数据监测和专家系统的基础上,结合制冷领域的实际,开发了一个能显示压缩式制冷装置系统的专家系统.该系统只需要在制冷装置中采集必要的数据即能迅速地推算出装置的制冷量、能效比等重要的性能数据,并能诊断出制冷装置是否发生故障或潜在的故障,并能分析出故障的原因.主要介绍制冷系统的数据监测和故障诊断专家系统的组成模块,各模块的工作原理和它们的功能,讨论了系统推理机与知识库的相互作用关系. On the basis of referring a lot of literature and the practical situation of the refrigeration system, the expert system about data monitoring and fault diagnosis for refrigeration system is developed which has following functions: signal collection, signal computer, signal analysis, fault diagnosis and forecast. The software has many good characters such as: using easily, perfect functions, high automatization etc. The fault diagnosis expert system for refrigeration system in order to collect, summarize and generalize expertise, improve the quality of fault diagnosis, and take the place of expert in a manner. All of these meet the need of computerized automatic monitoring and diagnosis very well.
