摘要
疑核是重要的内脏运动核和躯体运动核 ,它与中枢神经系统和外周器官建立了广泛的神经联系。疑核 ,迷走 孤束复合体 ,最后区 ,腹外侧延髓和中间网状结构共同组成了延髓内脏带。疑核内含有大量的神经递质 ,如乙酰胆碱 ,生物胺 ,神经肽 ,氨基酸等及其受体。疑核在调控呼吸、心血管活动、免疫、消化和内分泌功能中起重要作用。
Nucleus ambiguus (NA) is an important visceral and somatic motor nucleus which establishes widely connections with the central nervous system and peripheral organs. NA, together with dorsomedial vagal-solitary complex, area postrema, ventrolateral medulla and intermediate reticular formation, forms the medullary visceral zone (MVZ). NA contains a great variety of neurotransmitters including acetylcholine, biogenic amines, neuropeptides and amino acids, and their receptors. NA plays an important role in the modulation of visceral and somatic activities, including respiration, cardiovascular activity, immunologic function, digestion and endocrine functions.
