摘要
通过使用有限元软件对大镜面进行模拟计算和分析,可以预先确定加工和装校支撑方法是否符合设计要求,从而有效地减少了设计的盲目性。分析计算了口径为1 2m的球面镜在不同工况下的受力变形。按选择的支撑和检验方式进行了装校试验,实际的球面镜检验结果验证了分析的正确性。
The finite element method has been used to analyze the surface error of Φ1.2 m sphere mirror under the different working conditions. The calculating results are treated with a sphere fitting method to obtain the real surface error of the sphere mirror. According to the analysis results, the appropriate sphere mirror support method is chosen. The experimental inteferometric test of the sphere mirror confirms the theory analysis.
