摘要
针对三维非接触曲面测量中的高密度编码,以及由于光栅过密影响编码效果的问题,提出了一种采用光栅位移的方法进行空间编码的方案。在光栅保持一定宽度的情况下实现了高密度的空间编码。将被测物空间划分为1024条带状区域,达到了横向分辨率为1300的摄像机的极限,为充分利用硬件资源、提高测量精度打下了良好的基础。
Dense coding is often used in non-contact 3D surface measurement. The grating of measurement is impaired if grating too dense. A method of spatial binary code using grating displacement is introduced. Using this technique, the measuring space is divided into 1024 zonal areas. This is the limit for the camera whose horizontal resolution is 1300. This method provides a solid base to benefiting maximum from hardware to improve performance of measurement.
