茉莉酸和吲哚丁酸的LC-MS分析

摘要 试验通过变换LC_MS系统的漂移电压,对吲哚丁酸(IBA)和茉莉酸(JA)进行质谱分析,以确定对它们进行定量分析的最佳条件。IBA和JA的标准试剂显示了相同的质谱图形变化,在60V时能得到最强分子离子峰,当电压继续升高时分子离子峰的强度逐渐减弱,并出现一些m/z更小的碎片离子峰。IBA分子离子的m/z是202,JA是209。 Mass spectra were analyzed as drift voltage altered to determine the optimum condition in quantitative analysis of phytohormones IBA and JA.Both IBA and JA standard chemicals showed almost same changes of mass spectrum pattern.Optimum drift voltage for most intensity was 60 V,as drift voltage increased,the intensity of molecular ion peak decreased and the fragment ion peaks shifted to smaller m/z one.The molecular ion peak for IBA was m/z=202,JA was m/z=209.
