摘要
提出了一种研究确定水库最优供水量的多目标水库优化调度数学模型,此模型以供水量最大和发电量最大为目标函数,考虑水量平衡、防洪、发电、航运及水库综合利用要求约束条件。提出一种交互式的求解方法对模型进行解算,此方法首先采用约束法,通过松驰供水量最大目标将多目标模型转换成多个单目标模型,在单目标模型中引入2个参数,用于调整模型的计算结果。对单目标模型,采用动态规划法求解,求得多目标模型的不劣解集。提出一个用于选择多目标最优解的决策偏好系数,对多目标模型的不劣解集进行对比分析,从而确定多目标模型的最优解。应用所提出的方法研究了广东省白盆珠水库的调度方案,提出了白盆珠水库的最优供水方案。
This paper presents a multi-objective optimization model for determining the optimal water supply scheme of a reservoir that has two objective functions including maximizing water supply quantity and energy output, and takes several constraints such as water balance, flood control, power generation, navigation and the reservoir comprehensive utilization. An interactive solution procedure is presented to find the solution of the model, using firstly the constraint method to transfer the multi-objective model into a series of single objective models by relaxing the maximizing water supply quantity objective and then employing the dynamic programming to find the solutions of the single models which constitute the no-inferior solution sets of the multi-objective model. A preference-coefficient is derived to choose the optimal solution from the no-inferior solution sets. The Baipenzhu reservoir is used as a study case, and the optimal water supply quantity is determined by this model.
