摘要
在分析灌水器微小流道水力特性的基础上,利用ANSYS通用有限元分析软件实现其内流场中的流体流动仿真,可视化了灌水器的微观水力特性。以迷宫式流道为例,改变流道的结构参数进行数字试验研究,结果发现数字化的试验不仅能够有效地减少实物试验的次数,而且为其结构的性能验证提供了有益的参考。
Based on the analysis of hydraulics characteristic of the micro flow passage of emitter, using ANSYS, this paper realized the simulation of inner flow fields and the visualization of microcosmic hydraulics characteristic of the emitter. Taking the labyrinthine flow passage as an example, the author carried out numerical experimental research through changing the structural parameter of flow passage. The experimental result showed that numerical experiment not only could effectively decrease the times of practical experimental, but also offer valuable reference to the validating of structural capability of the emitter.
