摘要
在前人研究工作的基础上,应用乙酸进行硅酸聚合胶凝的实验研究,实验结果表明,当硅酸溶液中有乙酸化合物时,硅酸聚合胶凝的时间将延长.其表现为:(1)改变了聚硅酸溶液中的组分浓度,(2)降低了硅酸聚合过程中OH-的影响作用.得出乙酸对硅酸聚合具有阻抑作用的结论.
In this paper, studying on the polymerization reaction in silicic acid solution is determined and the gel time of polysilicic acid is obtained when acetic acid compound exist. The experimental results show that the rate of polymerization is decreased in acetic acid media. The effect of acetic acid on retarding polymerization has two ways: changing the contents of silicates that will react each other in polysilicic acid solution, and reducing the affection of OH^- on polymerization of silicic acid.
