摘要
根据我国机车乘务员的人体尺寸情况,从人机工程学的角度对机车乘务员坐姿状态下操作的工作域进行了定义,提出了依据不同操纵器件类型的作业域分类方法,建立了一个乘务员坐姿状态下的手臂运动模型,并根据我国机车乘务员人体测量尺寸,对机车乘务员坐姿近身作业空间进行了计算机仿真,为操纵台上各类操作器件的合理布置提供了理论依据.
From the ergonomic angle, in the paper the working field of locomotive driver in sitting condition is defined according to the survey of human body size of Chinese locomotive driver. A method to classify working field is advanced according to the type of manipulator, together with an arm movement model. A computer simulation of nearby body working field of locomotive driver in sitting condition is devised and run on the base of surveying body size of Chinese locomotive driver. The work provides theoretical proof for rational arrangement of all kinds of manipulator on control desk.
