含湿车间防露除湿方法探讨

在北方的钢铁、机械等企业中 ,有许多含湿量较大的车间 ,当冬季室内温度降低时 ,就会产生结露现象 ,严重影响了生产及工艺操作 ,产生事故隐患。以北方某钢铁企业的造球车间为模型 ,研讨了应用采暖通风的除湿方法 ,较好地解决车间内的结露问题。

There are many workshops that contain great humidity in the industrial companies in the north of China, such as machinery, steel and iron plants. When the temperature in the room becomes lower in the winter,there will produce dew there, therefore influences the produce and process operation.In this paper, the workshop of building all of one northern iron and steel plant is regarded as the model, the humidity method of applying heating and ventilation is studied and the problem of producing dew in the workshops are well settled.
