异位方配合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠32例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Heterotopic Pregnancy with Yiwei Decoction and Methotrexate:A Report of 32 Cases

目的 :观察自拟异位方配合甲氨蝶呤 (MTX)治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机方法将 6 3例异位妊娠患者分为两组 (治疗组 32例 ,对照组 31例 ) ,治疗组接受异位方加MTX治疗 ,对照组单用异位方治疗 ,观察两组保守治疗异位妊娠疗效。结果 :治疗组治愈率 (84 .37% )高于对照组 (6 4.5 1 % ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组 β HCG下降至正常及阴道流血停止时间短于对照组 (P<0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后包块缩小程度大于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :中西医结合治疗异位妊娠可加速 β HCG下降 ,减少阴道流血时间 ,促进包块吸收 ,降低保守治疗风险 ,缩短疗程 ,提高疗效 。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Yiwei Decoction combinated with MTX on heterotopic pregnancy.Method : Thirty two patients with heterotopic pregnancy were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group.Patients of the treated group were treated with the combination of Yiwei Decoction and MTX, while those of the control group were only treated with Yiwei Decoction.The clinical effect of the conservative treatment on the two groups was observed.Result:The rate of recovery of the treated group was 84.37%,being significantly higher than that of the control group (64.51%,P<0.05) . The time of β HCG density declining and ceasing vagina bleeding of the treated group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05) . In the treated group the lump was reduced obviously , while the reduction in the control group was insignificant .The treated group was superior to the control group significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine accelerated blood β HCG density declining, decreased the time of vagina bleeding , promoted the lump absorbing , lowered the risk of the conservative treatment , shortened the course of treatment , improved curative effect and was beneficial to the recovery of oviduct function.
