抗衰延寿液延缓黑腹果蝇衰老的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-senility Effect of Kangshuai Yanshou Liquid in Drosophila

目的 :探讨补肾活血法延缓衰老的作用。方法 :抗衰延寿液分为大、中、小剂量组 ,含药量分别为 4 0 ,2 0 ,1 0ml/kg ,加入基础培养基中 ,并以基础培养基为对照组 ,观察其对果蝇寿命、生殖力、飞翔能力、耐寒能力的影响。结果 :抗衰延寿液能够延长果蝇寿命 ,提高果蝇生殖能力、飞翔能力和耐寒能力。结论

Objective:To study the anti senility effect of therapy of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation.Method:Kangshuai Yanshou Liquid(KSYSL),a traditional Chinese prescription for delaying senility and prolonging life span, was separated into three groups(high,middle and low group) according to its dosage(40 g/kg,20 g/kg and 10 g/kg,respectively),and the KSYSLs were put into different cultures.The pure culture was made as control group.The life span,reproduction,flying and cold resistance abilities of drosophila were observed.Result:KSYSL could prolong the life span,improve the reproduction,flying and cold resistance abilities of drosophila.Conclusion:KSYSL has the ability to delay the senile process of drosophila.
