摘要
用硫酸亚铁和水玻璃制备了聚硅硫酸亚铁(PFSS)混凝剂,考察了硅铁摩尔比、pH值、温度和质量浓度等因素对PFSS混凝性能的影响,采用分光光度计和函数记录仪联用系统对PFSS的混凝沉降过程进行了研究。结果表明,随着PFSS中硅铁摩尔比的增加和水温升高,其混凝性能得到强化和提高。与硫酸亚铁相比,PFSS有更宽的pH值适应范围和优良的混凝沉降性能。采用硅铁摩尔比为1:1~2:1的PFSS处理浊度为20.5NTU的高岭土水时,在PFSS的质量浓度为0.75 mg/L、pH>7的条件下,可使水浊度降低到2NTU以下,其混凝性能远优于硫酸亚铁。
The coagulant polyferrous sulfate silicate(PFSS) was prepared from ferrous sulfate and sodium silicate. The influences of the mole ratio of SiO_2 to Fe, the mass concentration of PFSS, and the pH and temperature of water on coagulation performance of PFSS have been investigated. The sedimentation process of PFSS was researched by an on-line operation system of spectrophotometer combined with function recording instrument. The results show that the coagulation performance of PFSS was strengthened with the increase of the mole ratio of SiO_2 to Fe and the temperature of water. PFSS can be used in a wider pH range, and its flocculation and sedimentation performance are better than that of ferrous sulfate. When the mole ratio of SiO_2 to Fe was changed from 1:1 to 2:1, the turbidity of water is 20. 5NTU mass concentration of PFSS being 0.75 mg/L. The turbity of treated was decreased to less 2NTU at pH>7.
