摘要
利用现代测试技术和信号分析提取到与普遍认为的高压油管振动原因不符的故障信息 ,提出了高压油管在喷油过程中曲率弹性变形即波登效应是引起内燃机高压油管振动的原因。论述了高压油管在喷油过程中燃油的压力和油管变形的关系 ;提出高压油泵—高压油管—喷油器之间的振动引起接头密封锥面的微动磨损使接头的密封被破坏 。
Some informations, which are not the same as the traditional ones cause vibrations of Diesel engine's high- pressure fuel pipe were given by the means of modern detection technology. From the informations & theoretical analysis, the real causes of vibrations of high-pressure fuel pipes were found,which were from elastic deformations of the pipes. High-pressure of fuel in the course of fuel injection makes the pipe's cross section get elastic deformation and then the curvature of pipe get elastic deformation. That is to say, the real causes are from Bourdon Effect of pipes. In the view of energy, the relations of the energy between pressure energy of fuel, strain energy & elastic energy of pipes were described. So that, the vibration of the fuel injection system is caused mainly by the Bourdon Effect, and is one of main causes of the fuel injection system faults.
