摘要
在Unigraphics的基础上 ,以C + +语言为开发工具 ,完成了零件邻接矩阵提取的二次开发 ,包括间隙分析对象定义、零件邻接关系判定和邻接关系输出等三个模块。解决了连通性筛子自动执行中的关键问题 。
It is necessary to acquire the part adjacency matrix from CAD model automatically. The work was achieved on the basis of Unigraphics and C++ language, and included 3 modules: definition of clearance analysis object, judgment of adjacency between every two parts, and output of part adjacency matrix. The research has resolved a key problem in automatic performance of the connectivity sieve, and promoted the automation level of constructing a disassembly model based on disassembly AND/OR graph for electromechanical products.
