摘要
介绍了内燃机高速数据采集与分析系统的结构、工作原理、功能和关键技术问题。采用基于计算机的PC -DAQ板和软件组成内燃机测试分析系统。在采集卡上采用数字信号处理器TMS32 0C32作为CPU ,实现了多通道数据的高速实时采集、处理和存储 ;采用高速A/D及光电式曲轴角标器 ,使按曲轴转角采样分辨率为 0 .1°;
This paper introduced the structure, working principle, functions and the key techniques of an data acquisition and analysis system for internal combustion engines. The device used a PC-DAQ card based computer and software.Since the PC-DAQ card uses DSP TMS320c32 as CPU, the system can complete the multi-channel high-speed real-time data acquisition, processing and store. The high speed A/D and the optic electric encoder were adopted in the system to measure and analyse precisely. Its sampling resolution reaches as high as 0.1°. Using the system actual measurements and analyses are successfully completed.
