摘要
对可调函数发生机构的构型特征从理论上作了较详尽的分析。以脉动式无级变速器为依托 ,分析了满足特定要求的可调函数发生机构的尺寸参数选择对系统的速度波动、传动比及效率等运动学、动力学参数的影响。从理论上推导了可调函数发生机构的尺寸参数的近似设计方法 ,以此为基础得出了考虑机构结构特征、运动学性能和满足特定要求的尺度综合设计方法。明确了脉动式无级变速器机构尺度参数的综合设计原则以及其中心距尺寸确定的依据 ,为该产品的标准化、系列化设计奠定了基础。
Detail theoretical analyses were performed on type characteristics of an adjustable function generator in order to employ the advantages of linkage mechanisms. Dimensional parameters which were fit particular demands of the adjustable function generator and influencing on kinematics and dynamics characteristics ,e.g speed fluctuation δ , drive ratio and efficiency η were analysed and applied to the impulse variable speed device. The approximate design method of the dimensional parameters was derived theoretically, based on which the dimensional synthesis design method considering structure characteristics and particular demands was developed. Simultaneously, the synthetical design principles were defined on the dimensional parameters of impulse variable speed device, and the basis to determine the distance between two shafts of the device was also obtained. All these are as basis to make the product standardization and serialization.
