A Research on the Surplus Labor Forces' Transfer

我国农村大量剩余劳动力转移和再就业问题是解决“三农”问题的关键。本文对我国剩余劳动力转移现状中存在的主要问题进行了分析 ,探讨了剩余劳动力转移的动力逻辑 ,并就我国剩余劳动力转移的一些路径选择提出了建议。

There are large quantities of surplus labor forces' in our country. The surplus labor forces' transfer and reemployment is the key to resolve the problem of 'san-nong'. This paper has analysised the main problems exsiting in the present conditions of the surplus labor forces' transfer in our country. The author pointed out he motive logic in the surplus labor forces' transfer, and suggested the choice of some paths in the surplus labor forces' transfer in our (country.)
