转子电阻未知时感应电动机间接磁场定向控制

摘要 转子电阻准确已知是感应电动机间接磁场定向控制获得良好性能的关键,但在电机运行过程中,转子电阻却是时变的。为此,本文从转子磁链调节的稳态过程出发,根据转子电阻与转子磁链、电磁转矩之间的关系,设计了一个新型的转子电阻估计器。该估计器形式简单,计算量小,能极大改善感应电动机间接磁场定向控制对转子电阻变化的鲁棒性。对感应电动机的仿真结果表明,上述估计算法是有效的。 Exact information of the rotor resistance is the key to achieve high performance of indirect field-oriented control for induction motors. However, rotor resistance is time-varying when the motor works. Therefore, the effect of the rotor resistance uncertainty on control performance is analyzed, and an approximate estimator is designed based on the steady-state rotor flux. This estimator has a simple form and can improve the motor control performance a lot. Simulation results of a certain induction motor indicate that the estimator presented above is effective.
