摘要
主要介绍了电力系统谐波状态估计技术的可观性分析理论、质量评估算法以及实际应用情况。谐波状态估计问题的可观性依赖于测量值的性质、数量、位置以及网络的拓扑结构。文章不仅将传统潮流状态估计问题的可观性分析算法应用到谐波状态估计领域,而且还根据量测配置的特点和性质提出了基于相关性理论的可观性分析算法与逻辑判断法,大大简化了算法的难度。另外,文章调查了谐波状态估计问题的统计特性,并在此基础上提出了评价估计质量的具体算法。最后,利用一个虚拟的算例对有关的算法给予了说明。
The paper introduces the observability analysis theory, quality evaluation algorithm and practices of Harmonic State Estimation. Observability depends on the number, locations and types of available measurements, as well as the topology of the network. The paper not only extend the observability analysis algorithm of traditional power flow state estimation techniques to harmonic state estimation field, but also provides measurement matrix search algorithm based on dependency theory and logic discrimination algorithm for observability analysis of Harmonic State Estimation, which greatly relieve the difficulty of observability analysis algorithm. Additionally, the paper investigates the statistical characteristics of objective functions of harmonic state estimation problem and thus presents practical algorithm evaluating quality of estimation. Finally, a virtual example is utilized to illustrate the relevant algorithm.
